Try migrating the old software to the new computer, then right click the executable and choose Properties > Compatibility. Set the operating system used by the old computer.

No, there is no available upgrade for this application. I've checked various websites, and where the software was mentioned, only version 2.0 was available for downloading. Secondly, it has been specified that for version 2.0 various workarounds need to be done in terms of tweaks and compatibility settings. Therefore, if you have the setup package, right click it and then go to Properties > Compatibility. On that window, select a previous version of Windows using the drop down menu, then tick the Run as Administrator option. It will give administrator rights to the setup package in order to install all the files to their correct place.
This is the only thing I could find for the Professional Sew-Ware product.
